A simple tool that makes a noticeable difference in daily baking. The wide round bowl scoops and levels flour cleanly in one motion — no spills, no mess, no cloud of flour drifting across the bench. At 22.5cm the long handle gives you good leverage and keeps your hand clear of the jar or bowl.

For sourdough starter feeding, the bowl holds approximately 50–70g of flour in a single scoop — enough for a standard feeding without measuring twice. It works equally well for sugar, oats, rice flour for your banneton, and any other dry ingredient your recipe calls for.

Made from natural bamboo that has been smoothly sanded and will not absorb flavours or odours between uses. Each scoop features a carved Flour & Water logo on the handle.
