Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday to Friday.

Orders ship within 24–48 hours after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Most orders ship sooner.

All products shown on our website are in stock unless stated otherwise.

Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email.

Tracking details are included where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Untracked Letter service does not include tracking.

Shipping Rates - Australia

  • Standard (2-8 business days): $9.95
  • Express (1-4 business days): $19.95

Orders Over $150:

  • Free Standard shipping*
  • Express shipping: $9.95

*Free Shipping does not apply to NT and WA.

Single Starter Packs and Light items:

  • Untracked Letter (up to 10 business days): $3.95**
  • Tracked Letter (3-6 business days): $7.50

    **Untracked Letter shipping is not available for WA and NT due to long delivery times.

    International Shipping

    We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is availbale upon request. Contact us for updates or enquiries.

    Delivery Time Estimates

    Delivery usually takes 2–10 business days.

    Timing depends on your location.

    Remote and rural areas may take longer.

    Check the courier tracking system for current updates.

      Local Pickup

      Free local pickup is available in Marsfield NSW 2122.

      Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout.

      Orders are ready within 1 business day, and often within a few hours.

      We email you once your order is ready.

      Please wait for this email before coming.

      Pickup requires booking via Calendly. The link is included in the email.

      Pickup times are flexible as the business operates online only.

      Order Processing Time
