Coconut Fractionated Oil for Cutting Boards and Wooden Utensils
Certified organic MCT oil for conditioning and protecting wooden bakeware. 50ml in a glass bottle. Australian supplier.
Wooden bakeware — handles, boards, scoops, and whisks — lasts significantly longer when conditioned regularly with a food-safe oil. This fractionated coconut oil (MCT oil) penetrates the wood grain to prevent drying, cracking, and discolouration, keeping your tools in good condition for years rather than months.
Fractionated coconut oil is odourless and colourless — it won't affect the taste or smell of your food, and it won't go rancid like some other food-safe oils. Apply a small amount with a cloth, let the wood absorb it fully, and wipe away any excess. Repeat monthly or whenever the wood starts to look dry.
Sourced from an Australian supplier, certified organic. Packaged in a 50ml glass bottle.
Note: this product is not intended for human consumption.

How to Use
Apply a small amount of oil to a clean cloth or paper towel and rub evenly over all wooden surfaces. Allow the wood to absorb fully — this usually takes 10–15 minutes. Wipe away any excess with a clean cloth. Repeat monthly or whenever the wood appears dry or dull. Do not apply to banneton baskets — rattan should never be oiled or washed.

Items with wooden handles and stainless steel (bench scraper, pizza slicer): Hand wash only — the wooden handle must not go in the dishwasher. Wash with warm soapy water and dry the blade and handle immediately. Do not soak.
Stainless steel only items: Dishwasher safe. Dry promptly to avoid water spots.
Canvas and fabric items (bread bags, cloth liners): Machine washable, cold or warm cycle. Air dry only — do not tumble dry.
