Wooden items and items with wooden handles (whisk, bamboo scoop): Hand wash only — do not soak or put in the dishwasher. Dry immediately after washing. Condition occasionally with a food-safe oil such as fractionated coconut oil to prevent drying and cracking.

Items with both stainless steel and wooden handles (bench scraper, pizza slicer): Hand wash only — the wooden handle must not go in the dishwasher. Wash with warm soapy water, rinse quickly, and dry the blade and handle immediately. Do not soak.

Silicone items (bowl scraper, spatula): Dishwasher safe. If silicone absorbs strong odours over time, soak briefly in diluted white vinegar to neutralise.

Stainless steel only items: Dishwasher safe. Dry promptly after washing to avoid water spots.

Canvas and fabric items (bread bags, cloth liners): Machine washable, cold or warm cycle. Air dry only — do not tumble dry.
